At the Schwärzenbach ski lift in Titisee-Neustadt, families and ski beginners especially like to be out and about in the snow. Would you rather go Nordic through the snow instead of alpine? Cross-country skiers and skaters have over 300 km of trails in the Upper Black Forest for extensive winter fun. In Titisee-Neustadt you can use the 10 km long Fürsatzspur, the 8 km long Jostalspur or the 2 km short Hochbergspur. Or hit the trail in one of the other wonderful cross-country ski trails in the Upper Black Forest.

The Schwärzenbach ski lift (Ahorn ski lift) in Titisee-Neustadt can be reached from Hotel Bären in around 10 minutes. Families and ski beginners particularly enjoy being out in the snow here.
The Feldberg ski area with 17 lifts & cable cars and 34 kilometers of slopes can be reached in around 15 to 20 minutes. On the Feldberg, the highest mountain in the Black Forest, freeriders, snowboarders and skiers who fancy a FIS World Cup route live out their enthusiasm for winter sports.
